About Us

Scotch College is a P-12 independent boy's college located in the suburb of Swanbourne, Western Australia, with a current enrolment of 1,553 students across three sub-schools. The College has two modern libraries, with the Junior-Middle School Library catering for P – 8 students and the Senior Library serving boys in years 9 – 12.

The two libraries, while physically separate, operate with one system and a comprehensive strategic plan to ensure a continuity of resources and support for each boy as they progress through their studies. In addition, most services available to the boys are extended to the wider Scotch community.

The following website hopes to support other libraries as they continue to innovate in their spaces, allowing the traditional structure of a library to be reshaped and inclusive of new paradigms and services.
